Brought my truck here to get new suspension installed. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable, understood exactly what I wanted done and was given a fair quote and scheduled appointment. The work was done in a timely manner and was 100% satisfactory. Would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back, thanks again to Craig and his crew! Edit: Posting an update. My engine was knocking due to the notorious GM AFM lifters. Craig and James pulled the engine and installed an AFM delete kit with new lifters and camshaft. They took care of a few other odds and ends while the engine was out, like a busted motor mount, new belts, spark plugs and wires, new rear main seal, and re-sealed the engine with new gaskets. Again the cost was fair and reasonable. Truck runs like a dream, hats off to Craig and James, true professionals and masters of their craft.
Best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Honest and understanding and fixed the problem at the source. Prices are the most affordable I found in Houma.
We were in the area, visiting family with our son who was home on leave for the first time in a year and a half, and our Corvette began to overheat. All the auto repair shops in town were booked solid, with no openings, and we were supposed to drive back to Texas in two days. The Chevy dealer recommended Craig Bienvenu's Auto Repair. They said he was really great about fitting people in when it was necessary, and that he did amazing work. We called Craig's shop, and he had us drop the car off, so he could work on it between other jobs. Within a couple of hours, he had the problem diagnosed, and he had it repaired the next day! We were amazed! He was friendly, fast, and did a great job! We can't recommend him enough!
